Tracked Shipping
- All orders are dispatched using Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post, ensuring your items are traceable and delivered promptly.
Delivery Timeframes
- Parcel Post: Typically arrives within 5–15 business days, depending on your location and the production time selected.
- Express Post: Generally delivered within 2 business days in metro areas. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
- Parcel Post: Starting from $10.00
- Express Post: Starting from $13.50
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and quantity of items ordered. When ordering multiple items, the base rate of the largest item applies, with additional charges for each item based on size.
Canvas Shipping
- Canvases are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and encased in multiple layers of heavy-duty corrugated cardboard for maximum protection.
- Please note: Canvas deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If you have a safe area for your parcel to be left, please specify “Authority to Leave” (ATL) in your order comments.
In-Store Pickup

Free undercover parking available (GPS prefers 198 Moggill Rd).
Store Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Sunday: Closed
- Closed on all public holidays

Online Orders:
- Mastercard or Visa via PayPal (PayPal account not required).
- Payment over the phone is available; however, a $5 processing fee applies.
Mail Orders:
- Include your name, address, contact number, and detailed instructions with your mailed items.
- We will contact you upon receipt to arrange payment.
Packaging & Handling
Secure Packaging:
- All items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- We use tracked satchel services to safeguard your originals.
Authority to Leave (ATL):
- If you have a safe area for your parcel to be left, please specify “ATL” in your order comments.
- Note: This excludes units and gated communities where access is limited.

Returns
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection or no longer require the goods. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.
Commercial Hard Goods Sales
Fotofast sells and ships hard good products (ie film stock, batteries, photographic chemicals and development equipment), to end-user customers only and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing for resale. Fotofast may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell, we are simply confirming that we have received your order. We reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount less the card processing fee charged by the card processing merchant.
Offensive Content
Fotofast reserves the right not to print images or text that we determine to be offensive or inappropriate. Any designs or text determined to be hate speech, including racist, sexist, or homophobic images or language, will be canceled outright. We will notify you and refund 100% of your order amount, including shipping costs, if such a cancellation occurs. In the case of some of your items being canceled and others printed, you will receive a refund for the full value of the item(s) canceled and the rest of your order will ship normally.
Delivery Issues
We will not guarantee or be held liable for Australia Post & courier delivery times, check here for approximate Australia Post delivery times i.e Express Post to Central Perth is usually overnight Monday-Thursdays orders. Regular Parcel Post is from at least a week.
