Film Handling & Liability
We will always treat your film rolls with the utmost care. However, by submitting your film for processing, you agree that Fotofast and any associated out-labs are not liable for loss, damage, or unforeseen events beyond providing a replacement of unexposed photographic film of equivalent size and quantity. Other forms of compensation, including recovery for incidental or consequential damages, are excluded.

Storage
- Film & Prints: Stored for up to 3 months only. After this period, they may be disposed of.
- Digital Files: Retained for at least 12 months; after this period, they may be disposed of.
Returns
Please choose carefully. We do not provide refunds if you:
- Change your mind
- Select the wrong item
- No longer need the goods
You are entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit if goods are:
- Faulty
- Incorrectly described
- Different from a sample created and shown
- Not fit for their intended purpose.
Film Sales
- Due to the heat-sensitive and perishable nature of photographic film, we are unable to verify the storage or handling conditions of any rolls once they have left our care.
- For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on film products. All film sales are considered final. Please store film in a cool, dry place as recommended by the manufacturer, to help maintain its quality and performance.
Commercial Hard Goods Sales
Fotofast supplies hard goods (e.g. film stock, batteries, photographic chemicals, development equipment) only to end-user customers.
- We reserve the right, as permitted by law, to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect the goods are being purchased for resale.
- Order confirmations acknowledge receipt of your order but do not constitute acceptance.
- Acceptance of your order is at our discretion and may be declined or limited at any time.
- If your order is cancelled after billing, you will receive a refund of the billed amount.

Offensive Content
- Fotofast reserves the right to refuse printing of any images or text deemed offensive or inappropriate.
- This includes—but is not limited to—hate speech, racist, sexist, or homophobic content.
- You will receive a refund for your complete order.
